Bryan Yarbor has been in Residential Real Estate since 1985 and has sold homes in over 57 zip codes in Southern California. He started his career at age 23 and by age 27 he was the Top Producer, Top Sales Volume and in Sales Transactions at Rhodes and Iliff (Better Homes and Gardens) in East County San Diego. During this time he was featured in the newspaper for a 14 lot multi-million dollar sub-division at Singing Hills Golf Course.
In 1992 he joined the Top #1 Re/Max Office in the United State that was located in Mission Valley. He worked alongside Top Producers like Brian Buffini, John Altman, Jim Burns, Jason Hall, the Lotzof Group and many other Top 100 agents in the country. In 1994 was awarded Top 100 Agent Award in California.
Throughout the 1990’s Bryan represented over six NFL players for the San Diego Chargers in buying and selling homes in San Diego working personally with them and their business managers.
From 2000 - 2005 Bryan was with a luxury team at Prudential California Realty in Rancho Sante Fe, CA where their team produced over $200,000,000 in sales. Then in 2005 he moved to the La Mesa Prudential California Realty office to be closer to home and his family. The Branch Manager at Prudential La Mesa, Joyce Hill, promoted Bryan to Sales Manager for the office. From 2006 - 2013 he was awarded Chairman Circle Silver & Gold Award Winner multiple years, $1.5 million GCI. It was also during this time that he realized that as much as he loved Real Estate sales, his true passion was coaching, mentoring and teaching agents what he knew and to show them how to be successful, as he witnessed so many agents loosing deals, but more importantly, loosing clients. He not only saved a number of deals but also client / agent relationships.
In 2013 he was hired as the Branch Manager for a relatively new Real Estate office in Pacific Beach, Realty National and was the overseeing Broker for the office. This once small office produced over 2000 transactions and over $1 billion in total sales volume. From day one at Realty National he’s been a mentor, trainer in the office and was given a “Fireman’s” hat because he was know to ‘put out fires’ and save deals for agents and their clients.
